If you have opted to collect your starter products with us, we will contact you with a specific time for collection. If you have opted for post, you will be notified with shipping details and tracking once your order has processed.

If prescription settings have been provided these will be programmed as part of our normal processing. If you have opted to set the device yourself, please contact us on (08) 6186 6636 if you require any assistance.

There may be instances we need to contact you to successfully complete your order. In the event we require further information, your credit card will not be billed until this has occurred.
