Medistrom™ Pilot Flex Portable CPAP Battery
The Pilot Flex combines our previous battery capabilities making it compatible with both 12V and 24V machines. You no longer need to purchase different batteries based upon the CPAP machine you use! The battery will automatically detect the CPAP machine’s voltage, leaving you free from having to adjust any settings.
Note
- Pilot Flex battery only comes with ResMed AirMini AutoSet CPAP cables.
- Cables for other machines are sold separately.
- Battery does NOT come with a CPAP machine, or power supplies.

Multiple Recharging Options
The Pilot Flex now offers four options for recharging your battery!
- By using the AC adapter which comes with your CPAP device.
- By charging your battery through the USB-C port (as a more compact travel option).
- By charging the Pilot Flex from the comfort of your car.
- By using Medistrom Solar Panel, you can get the job done in even the most remote settings!
Control Panel Quick Guide
- Charge PortMulti: Plug the compatible AC adapter into this port (use the short charging adapter if required). Ensure that the AC adapter is plugged into the main power outlet. Once the battery is charging the 4 green Charge Level Indicator Lights will turn on.
- Function Button: Pressing the button will turn the battery on and also show the battery’s charge level. If the battery is in stand-by mode then press the button and the battery will turn back on
- Voltage “ON” Indicator Light: A light will shine beside the 12V or 24V indicating the current output voltage of the battery
- Green Charge Level Indicator Lights: When the battery is being charged, the lights will blink, and then shine a solid green showing the level of charge going from 1 to 4 lights.
- USB-A Port: Can be used to charge handheld devices (just ensure that the voltage is compatible with the device you wish to charge). Once the device is connected you can press the Multi-Function Button to turn the battery on.
- USB-C Port (Input and Output Capabilities): This port can be used to charge handheld devices in the output capacity and will supply a maximum of 45W. The Pilot Flex can also be charged through this port with a maximum input of 45W.
- DC Out Port: This port is used to connect the battery to a compatible CPAP device.
